Headquartered in New York, Toyo Ink International is the wholly-owned holding company for the US operations of parent Toyo Ink Manufacturing Co., Ltd. of Japan. Toyo Ink International and subsidiaries is a leading provider of high-quality inks for the commercial printing and packaging industries, high-performance organic pigments and colorants, adhesives and other specialty chemicals, and a major distributor of graphic arts supplies and related products for the North American market.

Beyond meeting the color-critical requirements of today's commercial, packaging and specialty printing applications, Toyo Ink is envisioning tomorrow's needs and expanding into exciting new technologies. We are carrying out a wide variety of product development that focuses on high functionality and the environment, based on technologies related to our core technologies of colorants and resins. This R&D has expanded from the fields of printing, packaging and performance materials to electronics, life sciences, automobiles and fields related to information display systems such as flat panel displays.

Established in 1988, Toyo Ink International consists of three wholly-owned subsidiary companies: Toyo Ink America, LioChem, and Toyo Ink Mfg. America, LLC. The latest addition to the group is a specialty polymers manufacturing facility in Bryan, Texas, which is expected to come on stream in fall of 2008.
